Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. orange gelatin (sugar-free)
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip topping, thawed
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix orange gelatin and hot water until dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and refrigerate until it starts to thicken to a jello consistency.
  3. Fold in drained mandarin oranges, drained crushed pineapple, and thawed Cool Whip until well blended.
  4. Pour into four cup molds or serving bowls.
  5. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
