A light and creamy holiday dessert cake layered with angel food cake and topped with pie filling, perfect for festive gatherings and sweet celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 large angel food cake, sliced thin
  • 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 2 envelopes Dream Whip
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Beat together powdered sugar, milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat Dream Whip with milk and vanilla until fluffy, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, alternate layers of sliced angel food cake and the cream mixture.
  4. Top with a can of pie filling.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve, ideally made the day before.
