Holiday Herb Cheese Spread

A festive herb cheese spread with fresh chives, parsley, dill, and red bell pepper, perfect for holiday gatherings and served with crackers or bread.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. dried chives
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except red bell pepper; beat well.
  3. Place a piece of plastic wrap on a small cookie sheet.
  4. Spoon cheese mixture onto plastic wrap to form a log about 3 inches thick and 12 inches long.
  5. Fold up plastic wrap over cheese to encase.
  6. Refrigerate until cheese is firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
