Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • large pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • large pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • pkg. orange cranberry relish
  • 4 cups boiling water, divided

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add crushed pineapple with juice and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a favorite mold.
  5. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight until set.
