Holiday Pineapple Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions

Instructions

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Add peppers, cheese, onions, pineapple, salt and 1 cup pecans.
  3. Shape into balls and roll in remaining pecans.
  4. Chill several hours.
  5. Serve with crackers and/or vegetables.
