Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines angel food cake mix
  • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 small jar raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Bake the angel food cake as directed using high altitude directions.
  2. Cool the cake several hours or overnight.
  3. Slice the cake into 3 layers.
  4. Mix the pistachio and vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk until thickened.
  5. Spread raspberry jam between layers and on top of the assembled cake.
