Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 6 to 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 small pkg. coconut pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, oleo and nuts and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
  3. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Fold in 1/2 of a large container of Cool Whip.
  5. Spread on first layer.
  6. Cook 2 small packages of coconut pudding with milk.
  7. Cook until thick, then cool.
  8. Spread over other layers.
  9. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
  10. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
