Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, oleo and nuts and press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
- Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Fold in 1/2 of a large container of Cool Whip.
- Spread on first layer.
- Cook 2 small packages of coconut pudding with milk.
- Cook until thick, then cool.
- Spread over other layers.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
