Homemade Beef Stick

Ingredients
- 5 lb. good hamburger
- 5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
- 5 tsp. black cracked pepper ⓘ
- 5 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Refrigerate in a covered bowl for 3 days, mixing daily.
- On the fourth day, shape the mixture into 5 logs.
- Place the logs on a broiler pan.
- Bake at 160°F (71°C) for 8 hours.
- Wrap the beef sticks in Saran wrap and foil.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a month or freeze indefinitely.
- Slice to serve.
