Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 (5 lb.) pork roast
  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
  • 2 c. water
  • 5 cloves

Instructions

  1. Put one sliced onion in the bottom of the crock-pot.
  2. Add the pork roast, cloves, and water to the crock-pot.
  3. Cook overnight on low heat.
  4. Remove the meat from the bone and return the meat to the crock-pot.
  5. Add barbecue sauce to the crock-pot.
  6. Cook an additional 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve from the crock-pot onto large buns.
