Ingredients

  • 1 can Carnation milk
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa together.
  2. Make sure the sugar is free of lumps. Add the canned milk and vanilla.
  3. Boil slowly for 5 minutes.
  4. Ice layers while the icing is still hot.
