Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  2. Heat a frying pan with 1 teaspoon of oil or cooking spray.
  3. Pour about a cup of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form all over.
  4. Flip with a spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown.
