Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 pkg. pita bread, sliced in small triangles

Instructions

  1. In 2-quart pot, empty cans of peas and juice from one can.
  2. Add olive oil, red pepper, Feta cheese, oregano and salt.
  3. Heat for 5 minutes.
