Ingredients

  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 c. mixed nuts

Instructions

  1. Grind raisins and mixed nuts.
  2. Mix the ground raisins and nuts with honey.
  3. Press the mixture into a sheet 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Cover and place a weight on top for 24 hours.
  5. Cut into bars.
  6. Roll each bar in white or colored coconut.
