Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. sliced, cooked beets, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine cornstarch, salt, and water in a saucepan, stirring until blended.
  2. Add vinegar, honey, and margarine to the saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Add sliced, cooked beets and cook until heated through, stirring constantly.
