Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, coconut and flour in bowl.
  2. Combine brown sugar, butter and honey in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients; stir until blended.
  3. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets; flatten slightly with fork.
  4. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; store in tightly covered container.
  5. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
