- Combine graham cracker crumbs, Eagle Brand milk, honey, and orange juice; mix well.
- Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until it springs back when pressed, at 325°F.
- Allow to cool.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar on top.
- Cut into squares and serve.
