Ingredients

  • 24 eggs
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 9 slices white bread
  • 5 pounds sausage
  • 4 cups grated cheese
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage, break up, and drain.
  2. Beat eggs and milk well.
  3. Break up white bread slices and drop into egg mixture.
  4. Add grated cheese and crumbled sausage to the mixture.
  5. Pour mixture into greased pans and refrigerate.
  6. Remove from refrigerator ahead of cooking if quicker cooking is desired.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
