Ingredients

  • 6 oz. graham pie crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 29 oz. sliced yellow peaches, drained and patted dry

Instructions

  1. In a large mixer bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and almond extract.
  4. Spread about one-third of the filling on the bottom of the graham pie crust.
  5. Arrange drained sliced peaches over the filling.
  6. Top with remaining filling and refrigerate until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
