Ingredients

  • 4 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Heat a cookie sheet in the oven at 325°F for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt the stick of margarine on the cookie sheet.
  3. Combine egg whites and sugar and beat until stiff.
  4. Fold the dry roasted peanuts into the egg white and sugar mixture.
  5. Spread the coated peanuts on the prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
