Ingredients

  • 1 cup sourdough
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pat into bread maker on rapid bread setting.
  2. If no bread maker, knead until smooth, adding flour as needed.
  3. Let rise until double in size.
