Ingredients

  • 2 packages lemon Jell-O
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water and stir well.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water, salt, and vinegar, then stir.
  3. Cool the mixture to the jellied stage.
  4. Stir in the horseradish and whipped cream.
  5. Pour the mixture into an oiled mold.
  6. Allow to set thoroughly.
  7. Unmold the gelatin onto a serving platter.
  8. Garnish with parsley leaflets before serving.
