Ingredients

  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
  3. Brush top with melted butter, if desired.
