Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. buttermilk dip mix ⓘ
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 3/4 c. finely chopped cauliflower ⓘ
- 3/4 c. finely chopped broccoli ⓘ
- 3/4 c. finely chopped carrots ⓘ
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green onions ⓘ
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green peppers ⓘ
- diced tomatoes for garnish ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place crescent roll dough in the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch ungreased jelly roll pan.
- Press to seal edges together.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
- Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dip mix, blend well, and spread over cooled crescent roll crust.
- Top the cream cheese layer with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Combine all vegetables and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes.
