Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp cocoa
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 c milk

Instructions

  1. Blend cocoa, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Make a syrup by mixing 2 tablespoons of water with the dry ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add the syrup to the milk and heat to just below boiling point, stirring constantly.
