Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • coffee ice cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter with sugars in a small pot.
  2. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, coffee powder, and milk.
  3. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth and thickened, about 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Pour the warm sauce over ice cream and serve immediately.
