Ingredients

  • 1 bag raw, cut-up wings
  • "So Hot" hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your deep fryer, oven, or barbecue grill.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the wings with hot sauce, oregano, garlic salt, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Toss the wings until well coated with the sauce and spices.
  4. Cook the wings in your preferred method until crispy and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with additional hot sauce if desired.
