Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sesame tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans
  • chickpeas, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth in a food processor or with an electric mixer.
  2. Spread in a pita bread and fill with fresh vegetables for a great sandwich.
