Instructions
- Brown steak on both sides; salt and pepper lightly.
- Mix hamburger, 1/2 package mushroom soup and 1/2 package onion soup with bread crumbs.
- Spread on steak.
- Roll up and tie both ends and middle with string.
- Mix remaining soups and buttermilk; baste steak while baking.
- Bake for 1 hour or until steak is tender at 375°.
