Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Soften the cheese and cream cheese, then mix all well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 6 equal balls.
  3. Roll each ball into a log shape and then roll in chili powder.
  4. Wrap each log and place in the freezer until firm.
