Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup drained canned pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 canned peach halves, drained and diced
  • 1 cup vanilla or plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Whirl until smooth and thick.
  3. Serve immediately.
