Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ready cut spaghetti
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes (3 1/2 cups)
  • 1 (No. 2 size) can cream-style corn (2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  3. Saute ground chuck until partially browned.
  4. Add minced onions, minced green pepper, and minced garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti, tomatoes, corn, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
  6. Toss everything together and turn into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
