Ingredients

  • 4 tea bags (orange pekoe or herbal)
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 cups chilled apple juice
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 4 mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Place tea bags in a pitcher and cover with boiling water.
  2. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze the tea bags to extract remaining liquid and discard them.
  4. Stir in honey until dissolved.
  5. Add chilled apple juice and stir well.
  6. Chill the tea or add ice cubes to glasses.
  7. Drop a lemon slice and a mint sprig into each glass before serving.
