Ice Cream Biscuits combine creamy vanilla ice cream with sweet sugars and buttery biscuits, baked to a warm, delightful treat perfect for breakfast or a comforting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Butter
  • 4 pack of round biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut each biscuit round in half and place them curved side up in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  3. In a saucepan, boil the vanilla ice cream, sugar, brown sugar, and butter together for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, but it can be enjoyed later as well.
