Instructions
- Mix crushed Rice Chex, melted butter, coconut, and brown sugar together.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Save a little of the mixture for sprinkles on top.
- Slice the vanilla ice cream into approximately 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- Lay the ice cream slices on top of the cereal mixture.
- Add sprinkles on top of the ice cream.
- Freeze until ready to serve.
