Instructions
- Measure rice and place into boiling water for 6 minutes. Measure milk and heat with vanilla until boiling.
- Measure sugar. Whip cream.
- Place mold into fridge.
- Put rice in milk and simmer 20 minutes.
- Add sugar and simmer 5 minutes.
- Soften gelatin in cold water and whip into hot rice.
- Place in fridge.
- When cool and thick, add whipped cream and put in mold.
- Garnish with fruit. Serves 8 to 10.
