Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 scant cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple and bring pineapple juice and sugar to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup boiling water to the gelatin and let it cool.
  3. Add the drained pineapple, grated cheese, sour cream, and chopped pecans to the cooled gelatin.
  4. Mix well and chill until set.
