Ingredients

  • 1 large can creamed corn
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 small grated onion
  • 1 small grated green pepper (optional)
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.
