Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 16 ounces (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate with 1 1/4-inch depth.
  3. Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar, and baking mix into a blender.
  4. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
  5. Add softened cream cheese to the blender.
  6. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pie plate.
  8. Bake until firm, about 40 to 45 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool before spreading cheesecake topping over the top.
