Ingredients

  • 7 Hershey bars
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream or large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Melt the Hershey bars in the microwave.
  2. Add the egg yolks, powdered sugar, and chopped pecans to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until fully combined.
  4. Line a dish with whole vanilla wafers.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture over the vanilla wafers.
  6. Crush several vanilla wafers and sprinkle the crumbs over the top of the pudding.
