Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly in the pie plate.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the remaining ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute with a hand beater.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate over the pecans.
  6. Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 50 to 55 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
