Individual Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 jar stuffed green olives (6 oz. jar), drained well

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients except olives.
  2. Pinch off one teaspoon and olive in center; shape until it's a smooth ball.
  3. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Keep watch. These can be made ahead and frozen for later use, omitting the baking part.
