Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. dairy Cool Whip (9 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding mix (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Mix together butter, flour and nuts and pat into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  4. Add 1 cup of dairy Cool Whip.
  5. Spread over pan mixture. Whip together the pudding mix and milk.
  6. Spread over pan mixture. Spread rest of dairy Cool Whip on top and sprinkle nuts over top.
