Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or other spice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee creamer

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pulse several times to cut up oats.
  3. Store in a tightly covered container.
  4. To prepare, put equal parts oatmeal mix and water or milk in a microwavable dish.
  5. Cook on High for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.
  6. Add more milk or water to get desired consistency.
