Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Break eggs into a large bowl and beat lightly.
  2. Add milk and mix well.
  3. Blend in sugar, vanilla, and raisins.
  4. Mix bread cubes into the egg mixture until well soaked.
