Instructions
- Crumble flour and butter with fingers.
- Add raisins and rest of dry ingredients.
- Mix egg and milk in separate bowl and whisk together.
- Pour into dry ingredients and mix together.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour in 9-inch pie pan.
- When done, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
