Ingredients

  • 4 cans Northern beans (use the juice)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (use the juice)
  • 1 can collard greens, drained
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp ham base
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • garlic (fresh, enough to flavor)

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Serve hot.
