Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread
  • 1 egg
  • Italian seasoning
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Let the bread loaf raise and then cut it in half.
  2. Roll out half of the bread on a floured breadboard.
  3. Beat the egg and brush it over the rolled out bread, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Place pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the rolled out bread.
  5. Roll it up like a jelly roll and pinch the edges to seal.
