Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract
  • 1/2 box instant lemon pudding

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs and sugar together, then gradually add flour and remaining dry ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and add it to the batter, mixing well until the texture is smooth and manageable.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Let the cookies cool before serving.
