Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Italian style vegetables in seasoned sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1/2 c. pizza sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables according to package directions, omitting water.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Top with vegetable mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Broil to melt cheese or microwave on High for 2 minutes.
