Italiano Meat Pie
A hearty Italian-inspired meat pie featuring seasoned beef, melted mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, wrapped in a homemade pizza crust—perfect for satisfying family dinners or casual gatherings.

- Make up Robin Hood pizza crust mix according to package instructions and press into a 10-inch pie pan.
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain.
- Add chopped green pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in water, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce mix.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the bottom of the pizza crust.
- Add 1 cup of grated Mozzarella cheese on top of the cheese layer.
- Layer the cooked meat mixture over the cheese layer, then sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake on a cookie sheet at 400° for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
- Return to the oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
